Qplet: a music ecosystem
We’re building a place where musicians put out their music and find listeners, and where listeners discover new talent and artists to follow. Free, from age 14, right in your browser.
Launching in early 2027

Put out your music and build your audience
Your own page
An artist page with your handle, releases and gigs. You can claim your handle today.
Studio
Upload up to 10 files at a time: WAV, MP3, FLAC and voice memos. Your single, EP or album goes out at the time you set, even in the middle of the night.
See where listeners get hooked
Comments are pinned to the exact second, so you can see which parts of a track land.
Gigs
Announce your gigs on your page and in Qplet’s listings.
Listeners
Hear new music before anyone else
To your taste
Home and My Wave pick tracks from the genres you love, and new releases from the artists you follow show up in Following.
Press play right away
Listen without signing up. You only need an account to save, follow and comment.
My music
Your saved tracks and releases, your own playlists and your listening history.
A moment, not a track
Comment on any second of a track and share a link that starts it right there.
House rules
How things work here
People, not bots
Artists say how each recording was made: by a person, by a person with AI, or by AI. We don’t promote AI-made music.
Visibility isn’t for sale
Nobody can pay for a place on Home, on Radio or in Charts.
No “0 plays” here
Likes, plays and followers stay visible only to the artist until each count reaches 10.
Free, from age 14
Listening and putting out music are both free. For 14- to 17-year-olds, settings are strict by default.
In the works
What’s coming next
All of this is still in the works. The founders will see it first: the first hundred musicians and the first hundred listeners.
Radio
New music non-stop: just press play.
Battles
Head-to-heads and contests between musicians. Listeners pick the winner.
Musicians nearby
Musicians in your city who’ve chosen to be found.
Plus Charts, band pages, messaging, live streams and video. The iOS and Android apps will come after the browser version.
Early access is open
We’re opening in waves, and each wave has its own perks. An early-access spot is free, and musicians lock in their handle straight away.
